To ensure that your break in our Sonngart is hitch-free, we have put together a summary of the most important tips and information for you:
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
On your day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 2 pm. On your day of departure, please leave your room free by 11 am.
Our suites can also be booked to accommodate additional guests. In this case, we charge a supplement of € 30,00 per person per day including breakfast.
All rates include breakfast. We do not offer a discount on accommodation without breakfast. Please let us know in good time if you would like an evening meal.
The local tourist tax is charged at € 1,20 per person per day (from 14 years old). It is not included in the cost of your accommodation and must be paid on-site.
We ask for your understanding that all our rooms and suites are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or the terrace.
Your four-legged friend is welcome on prior request. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, in the wine cellar and in the garden. We charge € 8,00 per day (food not included) for your dog.
There is a free car park at the Hotel Garni Sonngart for all rooms and suites.
Please understand that room cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, we charge the room rate for 3 days. Cancellations 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the total booked cost. In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the unused days are charged at the agreed price.
COVID - BOOKING CONDITIONS
In case of an official travel warning for South Tyrol/Italy, in case of llness with/by Corona or affected by quarantine measures you can also cancel your holiday at short notice and free of charge until the day of arrival. These booking conditions are valid until revocation/termination.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Things don’t always go to plan, and sometimes a long-awaited holiday has to be cancelled. To ensure that the disappointment of the cancelled holiday does not cause you any financial worries, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
